The following prices are in EUR and per night.
For every booking we charge a one-time final cleaning fee of € 80 per stay.
In addition, every person over 15 must pay a visitors tax of € 3,50 per night to the municipality.
The tax is used for the region’s tourist infrastructure and services.
For every booking of 6 nights or more, you will receive a 10% discount.

Cancellation Policy
Winter high season
The following cancellation rules apply for bookings during the winter high season (19.12.2026 – 03.01.2027 and 30.01.2027 – 28.02.2027):
- A cancellation is free of charge until 1 month before the arrival day.
- Up to 1 week before the arrival a 70% cancellation fee applies.
- In the last week before the arrival day a 90% cancellation fee applies.
Summer season and winter low season
The following cancellation rules apply for bookings outside the winter high season:
- A cancellation is free of charge until 2 weeks before the arrival day.
- Up to 1 week before the arrival a 70% cancellation fee applies.
- In the last week before the arrival day a 90% cancellation fee applies.
