Visit the wonderful ski area of Tauplitz, offering 43 kilometers of slopes between 900 and 1.965 m above sea level. Enjoy a magnificent panorama, surrounded by numerous mountain peaks. The quad chairlift is only 250 m away from the apartment.
Skiers and snowboarders spend fantastic skiing days on the perfectly groomed slopes. Families appreciate the wide slopes and the own children’s area. And also freeriders feel at home on the Tauplitzalm.
Your multi-day ski pass is also valid in all other “Schneebären” ski areas: Loser Altaussee, Riesneralm, Planneralm and Kaiserau.

Cross-country skiing in the Ausseerland is a true pleasure of nature. In and around Tauplitz, you will come across lots of tracks in the snow. With its 177 km, the cross-country network is one of the longest and most beautiful in Austria.
The cross-country trails around Tauplitz and Bad Aussee are flat and particularly popular among beginners. On the Tauplitzalm, the trails become more challenging. Various national teams train here for the upcoming season.
